John Matthews is the co-founder of the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching, and one of the most effective and experienced executive coaches in Australasia. When John learned the MasterProcess it had an immediate impact on his coaching results:

Shirlaw’s Business Coaches was listed in the BRW Fast 100 list in 2003, and is now growing internationally. In 2003 Shirlaw’s provided MasterProcess workshops for all of Shirlaw’s coaches, and also for many of the CEOs of their business clients. Robert Bentley was one of the coaches who attended. Robert recognized that the MasterProcess is significantly more effective than the usual coaching models and methodologies:

One of the internal coaches in the HR department at B&Q (the largest DIY retailer in the UK/Europe and the second biggest in the world, with 30,000 employees) described the MasterProcess as follows:

The penny dropped for Alex during the workshop, when he realised how powerful and empowering the process was, even though his ‘coach’ knew nothing about his issue:

I was very sceptical that she could help me with the issue, but all she did was use the process and I came away with a solution.
